Where It All Began

Our Story

It started with a road trip that went sideways. On a cross-country RV journey in the summer of 2020, our founder pulled off at a gas station mid-route to realize the fuel budget had already run out — and they were still 400 miles from the campsite. The panic of doing mental math on the roadside was not fun.

That evening, parked in a rest stop in the Nevada desert, the idea for TripFuelPlanner was sketched out on a napkin. A tool that would handle the numbers, so you could focus on the journey.
